The Ampere Reo is a simple, no-nonsense low-speed electric scooter. It is positioned as a more affordable alternative to the higher-end Magnus and Nexus range of Ampere’s electric scooters.

Ampere Reo Design
The Ampere Reo has a simple electric scooter design, which looks quite nice. The e-scooter is offered in a wide range of colours and in our opinion, the blue colour scheme on the Reo 80 looks the coolest with its funky graphics. The addition of LED DRLs on the Reo 80 also adds a premium touch.
Ampere Reo Motor, Battery And Range
The Ampere Reo 80 is powered by a 250W motor. It gets a 1.44kWh LFP battery pack offering a claimed range of 80km, the battery pack takes 5.5 hours to charge. The Ampere Reo Li Plus’ motor offers a claimed top speed of 25kmph. This variant gets a 1.3kWh Lithium-Ion battery pack offering a claimed range of over 70km.

The Ampere Reo 80 gets a colour LCD console which displays essential information such as speed, battery level along with trip and odometer readings.
Ampere Reo Chassis, Brakes, Wheels, Suspension
The Ampere Reo gets a telescopic fork and twin shock-absorbers at the rear. Both of the variants get 10-inch wheels, and the braking setup consists of drum brakes at both ends. The Ampere Reo Li Plus has a kerb weight of 120kg, and a ground clearance of 155mm. The Ampere Reo 80 has a lower ground clearance of 135mm.
