How many variants does the Ola S1 Z come in?

The Ola S1 Z comes in two variants: Z and Z+. The standard Z variant is priced from Rs 59,999 while the Z+ is priced from Rs 64,999 (both prices ex-showroom, Delhi)

How many colours does the Ola S1 Z get?

Both the variants of the Ola S1 Z come in a single colour option as for now. They receive a silver colour paint scheme for all the body panels and a black seat which adds a nice touch.

What are the battery specifications of the Ola S1 Z?

Both variants of the Ola S1 Z come with a single 1.5kWh battery but an additional 1.5kWh battery can be added to it. The battery is paired to a motor which makes 3kW and has a claimed top-speed of 70kmph. Ola claims that the scooter with a single battery will deliver a range of 75km and with dual batteries it will do 146km on a full charge. It will accelerate from 0 to 40kmph in a claimed 4.7 seconds.

What’s the difference between the two variants of the Ola S1 Z?

THe standard variant of the Ola S1 Z gets a long seat which allows for two-people to sit unlike the Z+ which is more utilitarian and gets a single seat with a storage rack behind it. The Z+ also gets a storage rack mounted to the front of the scooter which adds even more practicality. 

What are the underpinnings of the Ola S1 Z?

The Ola S1 Z and Z+ share the same chassis, telescopic fork, 14-inch alloy wheels and drum brakes at both ends and a storage rack behind the seat along with small cubby holes on the front apron. 

What features does the Old S1 Z get?

The Ola S1 Z and Z+ share the same set of features, an LCD screen with smartphone connectivity. 

When will the Ola S1 Zdeliveries begin?

Ola has mentioned that deliveries for both the variants of the S1 Z electric scooter will begin in May 2025. 

Whom does the Ola S1 Z compete against?

Once launched the Ola S1 Z will go against other low-speed electric scooters such as Yulu Wynn and Zelio Eeva.
