Ultraviolette F99 Latest Updates
Ultraviolette F99 was showcased at the EICMA 2024, alongside the F77 Mach 2 and the Concept X road-biased electric ADV. Ultraviolette ‘F99 Factory Racing Platform’ electric superbike has been unveiled in India. For a brief overview of the same, check out our highlights in images.
The Ultraviolette F99 is a race-spec bike that’s made in India. It gets a liquid-cooled motor that is able to produce a peak power of 90kW and gets an incredible claimed top speed of 265kmph and can accelerate from 0-100kmph in just 3 seconds. The bike weighs just 178kg, and comes with a carbon fibre bodywork, along with active aerodynamics. This means the winglets on the sides of the fairing move as the bike leans into a corner, thereby providing better stability.
The manufacturer has said that the F99’s production version will be launched globally in 2025. Expect the faired electric bike to come at a price tag of Rs 8 lakh (ex-showroom). There are no direct rivals, but if you’re in the market for the fastest electric bike right now, then you only have the Ultraviolette F77 to go for.
