Upcoming Bajaj Adventure Bike Spied Again: New Details Revealed

Bajaj’s upcoming ADV has been spotted testing yet again, and this time, the latest spy shots have revealed some interesting new details. The bike appears to be in advanced stages of development, as its overall design and proportions look more well-finished.
Could Be Based On The Pulsar N250, Here’s Why
A closer look slightly above the engine shows the presence of a radiator that appears to be similarly sized as that of the one on the Bajaj Pulsar N250, so it’s evident that this is an oil-cooler. It also seems much smaller than the radiator in the KTM 250 Duke. The 250cc engine in the Pulsar is well-known for its strong low-end and midrange grunt, so it makes a lot of sense for Bajaj to use this motor for touring and off-roading. Also, having a smaller engine means Bajaj will be able to keep the price competitive. Afterall, it already has the KTM 250 Adventure, and the 390 Adventure range higher up the segments, so it would make sense for Bajaj to try and capture the affordable ADV space that’s currently dominated by the Hero XPulse 210.
The new spy shots also reveal that the bike gets a slim telescopic fork with fork gaiters, and a rear monoshock. Along with this, the bike can be seen with a much smaller front disc, which should provide enough stopping power for a 250cc bike. These observations further strengthen the possibility of it being an affordable 250cc air-oil-cooled ADV.
Other Observations:
The previous spy shots revealed that the bike gets a tail-light borrowed from the Pulsar N range. But this time, one can see the front-end of the bike. The headlight cowl resembles a proper dirt bike, and also gets what appears to be an LED projector setup (likely borrowed from the Pulsar N250). Other than this, the bike gets a tall stance, minimal bodywork, and a high-mounted front fender. The exhaust is high-set too, which will be ideal for rough terrain riding.
It can be seen with spoke wheels, and the setup appears to be a 19-inch front and 17-inch rear combination, with block pattern tyres. This should strike a good balance between highway stability and off-road capability. That said, the spoke wheels could be shod with tubed tyres to keep the pricing in check.
The motorcycle also gets a long single-piece seat, wide handlebars, upright ergonomics, and what appears to be a slim mid-section. These elements should make it comfortable for touring while also allowing riders to stand up easily during off-road sections. Earlier too, the test bike was spotted carrying a top box, and it's there this time as well. The good thing is that there still seems to be enough room for a pillion rider, suggesting that practicality has been considered during development.
Launch Timeline And Expected Price:
This new sighting suggests that the motorcycle is inching closer to production. If development progresses as planned, Bajaj could unveil the bike during the festive season this year or sometime in early 2027.
We expect the pricing to be around the Rs 1.50 lakh (ex-showroom) mark, considering the Pulsar N250 costs Rs 1.36 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). If Bajaj manages to combine genuine dual-sport capability with an aggressive price tag, this upcoming motorcycle could emerge as an interesting alternative to the Hero Xpulse 200, Hero Xpulse 210, and the Kawasaki KLX230.
