Laser Turbo Red, Shadow Cosmic Black, and Airstrike Stellar White - these names are edgy as it gets, don’t you think?

Ultraviolette X-47 Crossover: All Colours Explained

Ultraviolette Automotive recently launched the X-47 Crossover in India at an introductory price of Rs 2,49,000 (ex-showroom) for the first 1,000 bookings, which has now been extended to the first 5,000 customers. In terms of the design, the X-47 Crossover looks really unique, combining rugged design with sporty elements of the F77 series. As expected, Ultraviolette has really killed it with the colour schemes. Here’s an explainer:

    Shadow Cosmic Black

Ultraviolette X-47 Crossover: All Colours Explained

In this paint scheme the X-47 Crossover gets metallic black as its primary shade which suits this bold looking e-bike’s overall stance. It comes with a big “X-47” graphics on the side in glossy grey font, which is common across all paint schemes. Ultraviolette has also kept the black alloy wheels with colour coded rim stripes, enhancing the stealthy vibe of the X-47 Crossover. It’s perfect for those who want an understated look in their tech-loaded EV, and this shade is our personal choice.

    Airstrike Stellar White

This paint scheme gets a gloss black front fender and alloy wheels with white coloured rim stripes, other than this, it’s all finished in a soothing gloss white shade. The X-47 Crossover looks rather premium in this paint scheme, showcasing a perfect combination of bright and dark elements. The Stellar White paint scheme is a great choice for those who want a clean and elegant look.

    Laser Turbo Red

Ultraviolette X-47 Crossover: All Colours Explained

As the name suggests, the Turbo Red paint scheme uses gloss red as its primary shade, but with a perfect blend of gloss white. Just like any bike finished in a bright red paint scheme, the X-47 too looks super sporty in it. The black alloy wheels are similar as the other two colour options, but this one gets red coloured rim stripes which enhances this e-bike’s sporty character a bit more. That said, this bright red colour scheme instantly grabs attention with its bold, striking look and is going to be a good option for those who want their electric motorcycle to look and also feel futuristic.

    But wait, there’s more!

Ultraviolette X-47 Crossover: All Colours Explained

Apart from these three shades, the X-47 also gets a unique colour scheme, reserved to the special Desert Wing variant. This is a special variant that comes with all the goodies, and will be the most expensive variant loaded with several touring accessories.

It features a light brown and grey combo colour scheme with a matte finish, along with a funkier “X 47” logo on the sides. This one also gets rim stickers, but finished in the same light brown shade as the bodywork. All in all, it reminds us of the Desert Storm colour scheme of the Royal Enfield Classic 500. While Ultraviolette hasn’t revealed the price of this variant, pre-bookings are open at Rs 4,999. Expect more details to be revealed soon. You can read more about the X47 in our launch story here.

      V good bike
Premium build, starts from 2.5 to 4 lakh. Price increase with warranty and range. I chose for few reasons 1) hill control 2) regent breaking 3) aesthetics) Premium build 4) Indian start up 5) very low centre of gravity 6) sticks to road due to heavy weight and traction control. Very comfortable, bit costly but worth it, service is good. They visit home to serve by taking 10 rs per km. Low maintenance, shockers are very good, load of safety features, hill hold , very practical feature, park assist, regent breaks, traction control. Daily ride is minimum 30 km, saves petrol if you ride more, home charging facility. For touring one way 170 km is ok, to charge and return back. Very economical, though initial investment is more, but if you ride heavily you will find it cheap in long run. Warranty for recon plus ( rs 4 lakh) goes to 8 lakh km or 8 years by paying 45000 extra, Without that its 5 year or 5 lakh km.

      Best purchase of my life
Awesome power delivery and safety features. Best for city commuting and also medium offroading. Pillion riding is also good. Add on features like tpms and rear and front camera is like a good upgrade. Original variant is enough for a guy with daily ride of 70km per day average. For long touring and if having range anxiety go for recon or recon plus model. I plan my rides properly so i all end up only using at 20 percentage remaining. Best for bad roads and cities and also highways. This bike is a cross over so any rider can choose it for there benefits. It has got switchable traction control as well as abs also. Best range is achieved in the city with regeneration on at level 9.
