TVS Motors has launched a new Smartphone App today for its existing as well as potential customers. The App aims to provide real-time information to the TVS two-wheeler owners and minimize the hassle of calling any dealer or the authorized service center of the company. The Company has designed this APP to fulfill the changing requirements of the customers. Considering numerous parameters and data points, this App ensures the priority of knowledge and care of the vehicle for an owner.

The newly launched App is available for Android smartphones and can be downloaded from Google Play Store. It delivers an integrated information about the service requirement, mileage, performance and safety aspects to the user. This initiative helps the manufacturer to directly connect with the customers for an instant feedback and to solve any issues and maintain their satisfaction level to the highest.

Specifications: The APP delivers all the specification details of the vehicle that includes Engine, Electrical, Chassis, Capacities, Tyres, Brakes, and Dimensions.

Service Booking: Customers can also book their service appointments online with the nearest dealer without personally calling or visiting the dealer’s place. The official website of TVS Motor Company also offers an online booking facility that is available at selected 120 dealerships across India.

Warranty: Users will be able to know about the vehicle’s warranty terms and conditions. 

News & Updates: This feature will keep the user informed about all the latest updates related with TVS Motor. 

Service History: This feature enables the customers to rate their last service experience along with presenting the service details of the vehicle. 

Locate Dealer: Finding the nearest dealership with the APP is made easy. Customers will be able to locate the dealership via GPS. The search criteria are also based on state and city with address and contact details.

Tips: Tips for getting better fuel economy and safety riding are also available.

Fuel Records: To manage the pocket’s expenses, the user can also calculate the vehicle’s mileage with this feature.
