TVS Announces Service Camps For Flood Affected Customers Across Kerala

Both two-wheeler and three-wheeler owners are eligible for the service camp

TVS has announced that it will be joining the ongoing relief efforts in flood-stricken Kerala, by conducting focussed service camps for all TVS customers in the state. The service camp which will commence from 27 August and end on 3 September 2018 will be held at all TVS Motor dealerships and authorised service centres across the state. Both two-wheeler and three-wheeler owners are eligible for this service camp.

As part of the initiative, vehicles will undergo a detailed and comprehensive check-up, wherein mechanics will inspect and look for any flood related damages and repair them quickly. Additionally, the brand will also offer engine oil replacement and labour free of charge for flood affected vehicles in Kerala.

TVS has also advised customers to avoid starting a flood-affected vehicle as it would damage the engine. Sufficient amount of genuine spare parts will be made available by the company to ensure a hassle-free and prompt service experience. Furthermore, TVS has also made a contribution of Rs 1 crore towards the Chief Minister’s Distress Relief Fund (CMDRF).

Focussed Service Camp from August 27th to September 3rd, 2018

New Delhi, August 22, 2018: - As part of the ongoing efforts to help relief efforts in flood-stricken Kerala, TVS Motor Company has announced focussed service camp for all TVS customers in the state from August 27th to September 3rd, 2018. This will be applicable across all TVS Motor dealers and authorised service centres in Kerala and customers can bring their two-wheeler or three-wheeler to avail this service camp. The service will include a detailed and comprehensive vehicle check-up to look for any flood related damages and repair them immediately. TVS Motor Company will offer free engine oil replacement and zero labour cost for the flood affected vehicles in Kerala.

This will be in addition to the Rs. 1 crore the company has contributed to the Chief Minister’s Distress Relief Fund (CMDRF).
