    The updated Triple Speed R, 2016 was spotted while testing in Europe. Triumph has brought few technical updates such as Electronic throttle system, multiple riding modes along with few cosmetic updates like a noticeable red sub-frame, new fuel tank, new exhaust system and new radiator side covers.

    The British motorcycle manufacturer has modernised its motorcycles and Speed Triple R is one of them. According to the spied images, the upcoming model will get a few updates including a new fuel tank, new radiator side covers, a smaller tail unit and a newly redesigned fly screen along with separate seats for rider and pillion instead of a single seat which seen in current models. The 2016 model also gets a noticeable red subframe. Besides this, the bike will also get premium Ohlins suspension unit while the base model will get Showa suspension system.

    On the technical makeover aspect, the upcoming model will get superior traction control, multiple riding modes and ride-by-wire electronic throttle system. The company has also installed a new exhaust system and a catalytic converter in this updated model for lower engine smoke emissions.

    Expectations are that the Triumph will unveil this motorcycle at the Milan motor show in 2015. In India, the bike will be showcased at the Auto Expo, 2016 after its global launch.
