The e-scooter gets four riding modes: Sport, Ride, Eco, and EcoX, with each mode altering the power output according to the rider’s use case.

The top speeds in Sport, Ride, Eco, and EcoX modes are 90 kmph, 69 kmph, 56 kmph, and 56 kmph, respectively. This allows riders to choose between performance and efficiency, depending on their requirements.

The scooter rolls on 12-inch wheels and wrapped to a 90-section rubber at both ends. Suspension duties are handled by a telescopic fork at the front and adjustable twin shocks at the rear. Braking duties are taken care of by a 220mm disc at the front and a 130mm drum at the rear.

    Convenience Features

The scooter also gets practical touches such as a built-in boot light for added convenience. Additionally, the floorboard-mounted light makes it easier to access bags in poorly lit places.

    Safety features

On the safety front, the Simple Wave gets a Combined Braking System (CBS), which links the front and rear brakes to provide more balanced braking. It also gets a wheel-speed sensor, which helps monitor wheel speed for better braking control.

The scooter also gets several electronic safety features, including traction control, Hill Hold and a fall-alert system. The fall-alert system cuts off the motor if the scooter detects a fall, while Hill Hold helps prevent the scooter from rolling backwards on slopes.

    BikeDekho says

The Simple Wave makes a strong proposition compared to its rivals, thanks to its practical storage, useful convenience features and long list of equipment. If you are looking for a practical electric scooter with good range and plenty of features, the Simple Wave is hard to go wrong with. However, it does come at a premium.
