KTM RC 160: Same Price, Other Options

If the newly-launched RC is not up to your liking, here are some of the other bikes you can consider in the same price range

KTM recently launched the RC 160 at Rs 1,85,000 (ex-showroom, Delhi). It is now also the most affordable sportbike from KTM, currently on sale. For a similar price, you can get a bunch of different bikes:

Yamaha R15 M

The Yamaha R15 M is the biggest rival to the KTM RC 160, and costs Rs 1,81,100 (ex-showroom, Delhi). Both the bikes are track oriented, but differ from each other in a few things. You can check out the specifications comparison between them.

Bajaj Pulsar NS400Z

The Bajaj Pulsar NS400Z costs Rs 1,93,830 (ex-showroom, Delhi). It is currently the most affordable 40PS bike in the country. If you want a comfortable naked streetfighter that has a lot more performance, than the RC 160, this is the one you should look at.

Royal Enfield Bullet 350

The Royal Enfield Bullet 350 (Standard Black variant with dual-channel ABS), priced at Rs 1,87,038 (ex-showroom, Chennai), needs no introduction. It is the most popular retro bike in India and has been in production for more than 9 decades. If retro motorcycles and the relaxed, thumpy character of the Bullet interests you more, you can’t go wrong with this one.

Hero Xpulse 210

If the smooth tarmac and the twisties aren’t your thing, and you need a capable off-road bike, you can take a look at the Hero Xpulse 210. Its top-end variant costs Rs 1,71,283 (ex-showroom, Delhi).

Ather 450 Apex

The Ather 450 Apex is the flagship product from the Bengaluru-based startup. It is priced at Rs 1,89,999 (effective ex-showroom, Bengaluru), and is the perfect machine if you want something fun and practical for daily commutes.
