KTM Duke 350 to debut with motocross sibling KTM Moto3 350

The final date for arrival of KTM Duke 350 in Indian market seems to be not far now. However, the buzz after the recent development is that KTM Duke 350 could also accompany a sibling KTM Moto3 350. This engine in KTM Moto3 350 will be the same as that of KTM Duke 350 but it will have an Enduro and this bike will function as Duke 350's motocross sibling. The model will be available in the market in the year of 2014, but it may come to the dealers by the year end of 2013. The new KTM bike will be powered by a 350cc motocross machine, which could lessen its importance but it will also be a sports bike. This model could make a different mark in Indian market while considering the bikes that well exist in today’s market such as Kawasaki Ninja 250R and Honda CBR250R.

As per the news and information collected till date, it is known that KTM bikes are in the aim of Moto3 championship at MotoGP. However it is known from news that Moto3 championship will be in 2012 with the display of maximum 250cc’s racing motorcycles. Thus, KTM Moto3 350 bike seems to be meant as a road bike which can be also called as the bikes for mass market.

Bajaj has high hopes with the release of KTM bikes and specially with KTM Duke 350cc sportsbike, however there are many 250 cc bikes such as Suzuki GW250, Mahindra Mojo 300, and the Hyosung GT250R which are lined up for the year of 2012 launch as well. There is some rumor which gives information about future Bajaj Pulsar that might come with 350cc engine. KTM Duke 200 is already available in India and KTM Duke 200 price in India is Rs 1.6 lakh.
