    The Iconic American motorcycle maker- Indian Motorcycles is all set to inaugurate its first Indian dealership in Gurgaon on 7th May 2014. Polaris has already launched all the three models- Indian Chief Classic, Vintage and Chieftain on 22 January 2014 in India, and started the bookings for them. Venue of the dealership is- B-10, Info City, Sector -34, Gurgaon Haryana India-122003.

    The inauguration event will start from 6 P.M., and Mr. Bennett Morgan, Chief Operating Officer, Polaris Industries and Mr. Pankaj Dubey, Managing Director, Polaris India will be present on the occasion. All the three models of the legendary Indian Chief- Classic, Vintage and Chieftain will be available at the dealership, which have been priced at Rs. 26.5, 29.5 and 33 lakh respectively.

    The big cruiser gets all the features of a conventional machines including a big tear-drop fuel tank, comfortable low mounted seat, a powerful V-twin, round headlamps and all with metallic paint and chrome finish. All the three Chief variants are powered by the popular Thunder Stroke 111 engine, which is a 1,811cc, air-cooled V-twin with chrome finish. Mated with a six-speed gearbox, the engine churns out 161.6Nm of peak torque at just 3,000rpm.

    Indian Chief continues its trend in 2014 models with its big skirt type mudguards over both the front and rear wheel. All the three variants of the bike are identical and boasts only cosmetic changes. Chief Vintage comes with beige seat covers with matching saddle bags and a large wind screen, while the Chieftain gets a hard fairing at the front and hard fabric saddle bags.
