Keeping up with the promise of launching 9 new products in the country in the current fiscal year, Honda might come up anytime soon with the refreshed version of its premium 150cc motorcycle, Honda CB Trigger. The camouflaged bike was recently spotted at the company’s Gurgaon facility in an all-new Blue colour. Though, any major cosmetic changes were not seen, the spied model was covered with a duct tape to hide its detailings.

Mechanically, the bike will continue to propel with the same 149.1cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled, four-stroke motor that churns out 14.35bhp of power and 12.50 Nm of torque. It is expected to use the same five-speed transmission that is employed in its existing version. The bike has been assisted with a 240mm disc brake up front and 130mm drum brake at the rear with Combined Braking System and an optional 220mm rear disc brake. Its suspension system comprises of telescopic forks at the front and spring loaded hydraulic mono shock at the rear end. Honda CB Trigger further features a fully digital instrument cluster and a pure LED tail lamp unit.

Needless to say, the 150cc motorcycle segment has not remained much pleasing for the Japanese manufacturer. Apart from Honda Unicorn, all its bikes have failed miserably to climb up the sales graph and keep up the trust of the company. Therefore, the decision of bringing in the new avatar of CB Trigger might prove beneficial and it may help it in holding a better grip in the country’s 150cc market.

Great Experience

Perfect for long rides, the engine is smooth, studied, and requires low maintenance. Thanks to Honda for producing the best engines. Last month, I took it on a hill ride, and the pickup was outstanding. No other can beat this.Read More

Value for money Bike

I am using more than 6 years to feel very comfortable riding. I am getting a 45 mileage per ltr from Mumbai city and it is very good in safety due to dual disk brake and CBS.
