While Hero last updated the XPulse lineup with the introduction of the XPulse 200 4V back in October 2021, a recent development suggests a cosmetic refresh in the form of LED projector headlights will soon be introduced on the bike as well. A spyshot originating from Turkey reveals a Xpulse 200 4V with LED projector headlight and new LED DRLs instead of the regular halogen headlamp.
While there's a possibility that this headlight might be an aftermarket addition, a closer look at the unit does reveal a Hero logo integrated into the projector separator assembly, suggesting that this is OE fitment. This definitely would be a welcome addition to the bike, as LED projector lights would go a long way to improve illumination when riding on highways in the dark and even on off road adventure trails. We expect that this update will make its way to the Indian model in the near future.

Based on these spy shots, apart from the new headlight, no additional changes can be observed. The Hero XPulse 4V is powered by a 199.6cc air and oil-cooled single-cylinder engine, developing 19.1PS and 17.35Nm, and we expect it will remain unchanged for at least some time to come.
Underpinnings of the bike include a front telescopic fork and rear monoshock setup, while braking duties are handled by 276mm and 220mm discs - front and rear. The XPulse 200 4V continues to get the LCD console from the previous model integrated with smartphone connectivity, and turn by turn navigation.

I’ve been using this bike for the last 3 years, and overall, I’m very happy with it. It’s a great choice for both city rides and off-roading. The mileage and maintenance costs are good, and the suspension is excellent for potholes and rough Indian roads. The main drawbacks are engine heating during hilly rides and some fatigue on rides over 200 km in a day. Overall, a comfortable, reliable, and capable off-road bike. Fabulous bike for people who commutes daily and also for long rides. This bike goes everywhere, does everything. Great mileage, works great on highways and off roads. Top speed of this bike is 130 kmph. Comfortable to ride, easy to handle in traffic. This bike have all good features. Must buy and comes under budget also. ABS also works like a charm of this bike. Bike is really good, if you choose to ride a stock vehicle, you might feel a bit comfortable, but if you get some accessories on it, it will be your friend for life. I am five eleven and it suits me for my height. Comfort of a rider not a pillion and mileage is a plus for this bike. Maintenance cost is also very good and cheap you can get service done from any of the authorised hero service centres. I have been driving since almost twenty two thousand kilometres so far and im fully satisfied with the performance of this bike. I just changed chain socket and fuel motor in the fuel tank. Ride comfort is very good for rider not for pillion thats only negative. Yes I would definitely recommend this bike to those who have height above five eight. I am driving this bike since two thousand twenty two and no major faults or damages done to bike. I am fully satisfied with this bike.Read More
I chose Hero Xpulse 200 4V for its comfort on bad roads while still being easy to ride daily. The suspension works great on potholes, the engine is smooth for city rides, and maintenance stays affordable. Ride quality has been comfortable so far, especially on rough roads. Mileage is decent for daily use, handling feels light and confident, and while top speed isn't aggressive it's stable and relaxed at cruising speeds. Yess -- I'd recommend it for daily riders who want comfort on rough roads, easy handling in traffic, good mileage and reliable performance.
