Ola sent out a notification on its app, informing customers that the purchase window for the S1 will open on 1st September. The e-scooter, which is priced at an introductory price tag of Rs 99,999 (ex-showroom Delhi), can be reserved for Rs 499, which is the same as the Ola S1 Pro. That combined with the S1’s affordability factor (it is priced at Rs 99,999, ex-showroom including FAME II subsidy) and its slew of features, makes the electric scooter quite a sweet deal indeed. Here are five things you need to know about the scooter. Ola has also increased the warranty for its scooters by upto five years.
While these things make the scooter sound enticing, its price tag might not appeal to everyone. Here’s a list of other two-wheelers that you can buy for the same price. In related news, Ola intends to install 100 hyperchargers across 50 cities by Diwali.
