Bike racing maniacs are in for some disappointment. The current heart-throb of the MotoGP track, Casey Stoner, has bid farewell to the track. This comes out as a kind of a shock to his fans who breathed easy after his media conversations where he said he might retire after this year, but in the current announcement, he has clearly mentioned he would be retiring post the current season. So, Stoner lovers, there remains just 6 months more of him on the track. Sad but true! This 26-year-old racer from Australia has definitely left the biking world in a shock. With 42 victories, out of which 35 are from the MotoGP track, Stoner is leading the current ratings. He has won two out of three this season’s events. With the on-coming French Grand Prix, all the eyes will now b focused on the Repsol Honda fighter, Stoner. However, Stoner gives reasons for his early retirement too.

He says that the sport, which he always was hugely passionate about, has now changed a lot. The changes, as per him, have reached a level where he is unable to enjoy it, and the passion he earlier carried had come to an end. Stoner leaves with two premier class titles in the least. The first came in the year 2007 with Ducati and the second he won in 2011 with Honda.

Hitting the iron when it’s hot, V8 Supercars has offered Stoner to join them. Stoner has already been noticed as interested in V8 Supercars. Now hold on to your breaths, shocks are still to continue. A day after Stoner’s announcement, his rival too is following his steps. News has come out that Valentino Rossi too has announced his retirement, though it won’t come in the next two racing seasons. Rossi made it clear in his announcement that he would continue zooming around the track for 2 more years and then retire.

- CBR250These two models of Honda CBR 250 are more than 10 years old in world market, but at the same time other sports bike models like R 15, Kawasaki Ninja 250R etc are much recent models in world market. Price wise Kawasaki Ninja 250 is about double than CBR 250 (Rs.1,50,000) and power wise Honda is on higher side with 45PS when Ninja is 33ps. However after CBR 250 comes to Indian market within Rs.1,50,000 (probably ex. showroom) Kawasaki Ninja has to drop their price.Read More
