BMW S 1000RR Now Available In India

BMW which is known for its quality brilliant and reliable vehicles has recently launched its already announced superbike- BMW S 1000RR in India. The bike is being displayed at Navnit motors, Hosur Road, Bangalore. You can also book the bike from here and the delivery will be  made after the booking. However, the official launch of the bike is speculated to be held next month.  This BMW S is priced at Rs. 22 lakh at ex-showroom Bangalore.

BMW Motorrad which is a two wheeler arm of BMW Motors has announced three new BMW superbike models for India which are already available in international market and getting buzz response. The announced models are Bmw K, Bmw R and Bmw S. Previous year, the company displayed its most popular BMW K1300S in India which also might be launched very as soon.

BMW S 1000RR which is just outstanding and class apart bike will be available by the next month. The beast comes powered by a Water-cooled 4-stroke in-line four-cylinder, two camshafts, four valves per cylinder engine which has displacement of 999cc. This powerful engine of the superbike develops maximum power of 142 kW (193 hp) at 13,000 rpm and peak torque of 112 Nm at 9,750 rpm.

This highly sophisticated and feature rich BMW S 1000RR is an answer to Suzuki GSXR 1000 and Honda CBR 1000RR which are the most popular superbikes in India.
