Bajaj Pulsar NS125 Variants Explained: Price, Features, Which One To Buy?
The NS125 recently received a big update to the top-end variant, so we explain all the differences in the three variants

Bajaj recently updated the top-end variant of the Pulsar NS125, replacing the older one. The bike is available in three variants, each sharing the same 124.45cc engine but offering different features and equipment. Let’s look at what each variant offers and which is our go-to choice:
Base Variant
Price: Rs 92,182 (ex-showroom, Delhi)

The base variant of the Bajaj Pulsar NS125 keeps things simple. It comes with a halogen headlight and a clear, functional semi-digital instrument console that displays essential ride information. Riders who love the old-school analogue tachometer will like this variant. The bike uses a perimeter frame with a telescopic fork and a monoshock. With 11.9PS and 11Nm, it has enough power to be a good commuter while having enough performance for highway commutes.
Mid-Spec LED BT Variant
Price: Rs 93,792 (ex-showroom, Delhi)

The mid-spec variant adds an LED headlight, a full-LCD instrument console with Bluetooth connectivity, allowing call and SMS alerts to be displayed on the console. The LED headlight looks sportier than the halogens, especially the lightning bolt-shaped LED DRLs. All other specifications, including the engine and suspension, remain unchanged, making it a step up in terms of features without changing the overall riding experience.
Top-End ABS Variant
Price: Rs 98,400 (ex-showroom, Delhi)

The top-end variant of the Pulsar focuses on safety. It features single-channel ABS with three modes: Rain, Road, and Off-road, which change how much the ABS intervenes depending on road conditions. The console in this variant also shows turn-by-turn navigation in addition to the call/SMS alerts, and apart from the multiple colour options, it comes in a new Pearl Metallic White colour. Aside from these changes, the engine, frame, and suspension are the same as the other variants.
Best Pulsar NS125 Variant To Buy In Our Opinion
The top-end variant of the Bajaj Pulsar NS125 is our choice not just because it offers the best of the best. The safety features make a huge difference when it counts, so that alone is well worth the small premium of Rs 6,218 over the base variant. Additionally, the turn-by-turn navigation will also come in handy if you get lost in the city. This variant also helps the brand compete better with other 125cc sporty bikes such as the TVS Raider 125 and the Hero Xtreme 125R. We have explained all the feature differences between the Pulsar NS125 and the Raider 125.
