It is the most feature-packed Pulsar yet!

Bajaj recently launched the N160 S and N160 SS. Both the N160 S and the SS  get a ride-by-wire throttle which enable four ride modes: Rain, Road, Sport, and Off-road. It also gets crawl technology (similar to what we have seen on the TVS Apache RTR 160 4V). This should help in slow speeds and in stop-and-go traffic.

The N160SS gets a 5-inch TFT display with Bluetooth and WiFi connectivity and call/SMS alerts. It also supports turn-by-turn with google Maps mirroring, making navigation convenient. On the other hand, the N160S gets an LCD console. It gets all the connectivity features as the N160 S but misses out on wifi connectivity and Google Maps mirroring.

Furthermore, the N160 SS gets adjustable levers, which the N160 S doesn't get.

The Pulsar N160S keeps things straightforward with a 300 mm front disc and a 230 mm rear disc with single-channel ABS. While the N160 SS gets the same braking setup but adds dual-channel ABS and traction control.

BikeDekho Says

The new Pulsar N160 S and N160 SS feature a slightly more powerful engine and are way more feature-packed than the 2V model. All these new features will now allow the Bajaj bike to compete well against the TVS Apache RTR 160 4V and the Hero Xtreme 160R 4V in India.
