As the sales of the Indian auto market is growing at a very high pace, also the demand for the spare parts are to increase tremendously. The replacement auto components market in the country accounts a size of $4billion i.e. 22 percent of total auto component market that measures to be $18billion.

Getting serious with all such matters, the company takes some actions against counterfeiters and the shops in the Balaram Street, Mumbai. These shops were raided by the EIRP Mumbai and the Mumbai police and in the same case some arrests like that of the owners of dealerships were also made by them. The dealers who got arrested in the above mentioned case includes Mr. Dilip Babulalji Bafna who is the owner of M/s. Dilip Auto Agency, Mr. Sarbajit Santuksingh who owns M/s. Perfect Scooters, Mr. Kantilal Pukhrajji Bohra who is tyeh owner of M/s. Raj Ratan Automobiles and Mr. Sarvinder Sarvansingh, owner of Satkar Automobile. In the case of this raid, 4000 pieces of counterfeit parts, fake packing material that costed an amount of Rs 3 lakh and much more were seized by the Mumbai police.

The frightened company with the case advices its customers to check the product before purchasing so that they can acquire the original products. In regard of this, some tips are also to be given to the customers like that of checking the security features on MRP label, to insist for a bill while making the purchases and also to take the spare parts from the authorised shops only.
