Auto Expo- The Motor Show 2016 scheduled to be Bigger, Better and More Exciting

“Auto Expo – The Motor Show 2016” is being organized by Society of Indian Automobile Manufactures (SIAM) jointly with Automotive Component Manufacturers Association of India (ACMA) and Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). Auto Expo- The Motor Show 2016 is scheduled for the 5th- 9th February, 2016. Media preview days are slated for the 3rd and 4th February. As the tagline suggests, the Auto Expo- The Motor Show 2016 promises to be ‘Bigger, Better and More Exciting’. While the show still is almost four months away, the preparations for the mega event are well on their way and promise to raise the grandeur of the event by a few notches.

The India Expo Mart Limited (IEML) has been given a massive makeover prior to the upcoming Auto Expo - The Motor Show 2016. The venue has witnessed enormous construction in the form of two large halls being created in the venue with carpet areas of 25000 sqms and 12240 sqms respectively. The venue previously had only 8 permanent halls measuring 27,648 sqms. Remaining display was curated in temporary hangers measuring 32,400 sqms. IEML has now constructed Hall 9-12 and 14-15 as permanent halls complete with air conditioning and adequate power supply cabling.

Adding to the line-up of the previous edition of the Auto Expo, Four-wheeler manufacturers such as Revolta Motors, Force Motors, Jeep, Abarth and Dhasan Moto shall be present at the venue this year. In the two-wheeler segment, DSK Benelli, BMW Motorrad and Polaris from Indian Motorcycles would be the new additions.

Apart from the vehicle manufacturers, Auto Expo – The Motor Show 2016 will comprise of Tires and Tubes, Oil Companies, Automotive Design and Technology, Engineering and IT for Automobile Companies, Institutions, Universities, Financial Institutions, Auto Insurance Companies, and Media& Auto Publications.
