Ather has begun deliveries of the Ather Rizta electric scooter in select cities. The announcement was shared by Ather CEO Tarun Mehta via social media. Here’s everything you need to know.
Ather Rizta Deliveries Begin
The Ather Rizta was launched in April 2024 and now after 3 months the scooter’s deliveries have begun. The announcement shared by CEO Tarun Mehta on social media features a video that gives viewers a brief glimpse into the Rizta’s assembly line and how the e-scooter is manufactured.
Ather has started the deliveries of the Rizta in select cities including Ahmedabad, Pune, Delhi, Lucknow, Agra, Jaipur, Nagpur, with other cities to follow soon. Additionally, the e-scooter has also started being delivered across Andhra Pradesh.
The Ather Rizta comes at a starting price of Rs 1,09,999. The e-scooter comes in three variants: Rizta S and base Rizta Z get a 2.9kWh battery pack, whereas the top Rizta Z has a 3.7kWh battery pack. Here’s a breakdown of the prices by variant:

The Rizta S and Z 2.9kWh variants are powered by the same 2.9kWh battery pack which gives it a claimed range of 123km, whereas the Z variant with the large 3.7kWh battery pack has a claimed range of 160km. - My Ather Rizta ZSmooth Riding and I like the drive belt sound which is different from all. Good pickup in zip mode. Eco mode is very useful in rural drive. We can identify the vehicle, when our aged person using this vehicle very good vehicle. Very comfortable and easy to handle in highway and rural. The sitting space is very good. I was excited and then I calculated that I can ride 126 Km for just 30 Rs charging that was the moment I changed my mind for ather.
