KTM 250 Duke (2017-2023) Latest Updates

KTM has launched its 2023 line-up of bikes with updated prices.

The KTM 250 Duke is a quarter-litre offering from the Austrian brand, which shares its engine with the Vitpilen 250 and Svartpilen 250. The 250 Duke now gets the same LED headlight unit as the 390 Duke, but retains its LCD instrument console.

    KTM 250 Duke Price:

The KTM 250 Duke is available in two colour schemes: Dark Galvano & Ebony Black. It comes with a price tag of Rs 2,38,221 (ex-showroom Delhi).

    KTM 250 Duke Features:

KTM 250 Duke packs a fully digital LCD instrument console, which displays information like average/real time mileage, gear position and clock, along with the regular trove of information. Like its more powerful sibling, the 390 Duke, this Duke too gets a split-LED headlight along with LED indicators and taillight.

    KTM 250 Duke Engine:

KTM 250 Duke is powered by an OBD-2 compliant, single-cylinder, 248. 76cc, liquid-cooled engine which generates 30PS and 24Nm, making it the most powerful 250cc bike on sale in India. The engine comes paired to a six-speed gearbox with slip-and-assist clutch.

KTM 250 Duke Suspension & Brakes:

The Duke 250 is built on a tubular steel split-trellis frame suspended on a 43mm inverted front-fork and a rear monoshock (both WP Apex units). Braking is taken care of by 320mm (front) and 230mm (rear) discs with ByBre calipers. The bike gets dual-channel ABS as standard with switchable rear ABS (SuperMoto mode). The motorcycle rolls on 17-inch alloy wheels which get 110-section (front) and 150-section (rear) tubeless rubbers. The bike features a design language similar to the 390 Duke, with a wide handlebar and a slightly rear-set footpeg position for an upright yet sporty stance.

    KTM 250 Duke Rivals:

Being a sporty quarter-litre naked, the KTM Duke 250 competes against theBajaj Pulsar N250, Suzuki Gixxer 250, Husqvarna Vitpilen 250, Svartpilen 250, and the Yamaha FZ 25.
