Overview
The Kawasaki Z H2 is the flagship hyper-naked motorcycle from the Japanese brand and the only production naked bike in the world to feature a supercharged engine. The Z H2 SE is its premium sibling, equipped with advanced suspension and braking components.
Kawasaki Z H2 Price
The 2025 Kawasaki Z H2 is priced at Rs 24,18,000 while the Z H2 SE commands Rs 28,59,000 (ex-showroom).
Kawasaki Z H2 Colour Options
The Kawasaki Z H2 is offered in Emerald Blazed Green/Metallic Matte Graphenesteel Gray/Metallic Diablo Black. While the Z H2 SE comes in Metallic Matte Graphenesteel Gray/Ebony/Mirror Coated Black.
Kawasaki Z H2 Variants

Kawasaki offers the Z H2 in 2 variants: standard and SE. The SE is the premium version with electronic suspension and upgraded brakes.
Kawasaki Z H2 Design

The Z H2 uses Kawasaki’s sharp and aggressive ‘SUGOMI’ design philosophy. The green steel trellis frame, muscular fuel tank, and distinctive asymmetrical Ram Air intake give them an unmistakable identity, and the single-sided swingarm also adds to the appeal, making the bike look more premium.
Kawasaki Z H2 Engine

Powering the Kawasaki Z H2 is a 998cc, liquid-cooled, DOHC, 16 valve, supercharged inline 4-cylinder engine that makes 200PS at 11,000rpm and 137Nm at 8,500rpm. The motor is paired with a six-speed gearbox, slipper clutch and a bidirectional quickshifter - allowing for clutchless upshifts and downshifts.
Kawasaki Z H2 Chassis, Brakes, Wheels, Suspension

The Kawasaki Z H2 uses a steel trellis frame with an inverted Showa SFF-BP (Separate Function Fork Big Piston) and a ‘Uni-Trak’ gas-charged monoshock - both fully adjustable. It uses twin Brembo M4.32 monobloc 4-piston calipers with 320mm front discs and has a single-piston caliper 260mm rear disc. The Z H2 SE swaps the front calipers for Brembo Stylemas and electronically adjustable suspension: a 43mm Showa ‘SFF-CA’ inverted fork and ‘BFRC’ (Balance Free Rear Cushion) lite gas-charged shock with a piggyback reservoir. The bikes run on 17-inch alloy wheels with a 120-section front and 190-section rear - both radial and tubeless tyres. The front wheel travel for both is 120mm, rear is 134mm, ground clearance is 140mm, and fuel tank capacity is 19 litres. The Z H2 weighs 239kg while the SE weighs 1 kg more at 240kg (both kerb).
Kawasaki Z H2 Features

The Kawasaki Z H2 comes equipped with all-LED lighting and a full-colour TFT display with smartphone connectivity, 6-axis IMU (Inertial Measurement Unit), cornering ABS, 3 riding modes: Low, Middle, Full and controls for: launch, cruise, wheelie, 3-level traction. The Z H2 SE adds KECS (Kawasaki Electronic Control Suspension) which benefits from semi-active damping modes for the suspension that adapt to road conditions in real time.
Kawasaki Z H2 Competition
In India, the Z H2 and Z H2 SE rival the Ducati Streetfighter V4, Aprilia Tuono V4 1100, KTM 1390 Super Duke R, BMW S 1000 R and M 1000 R. The Z H2 offers unmatched supercharged power at a competitive price, while the Z H2 SE brings the same performance with added sophistication in suspension and braking.
