Extremely comfortable , sales staff was excellent.. I had excellent experience while purchasing this vehicle. My family is also very happy as everyone can ride this scooter including my wife, my father and my child also. Good vehicle for daily use , Affordable price and very low maintenance a perfect family scooter and it has a good boot space , removable battery and colours are very good over all its good for indian roads till far I haven't faced any issues in vehicle as I myself own 2 BGauss C12i vehicle at home very satisfied.

I just want to share my thoughts about this C12i Scooter, I recently Got my hands on. It's super convenient for zipping around town and, best of all, it runs so quietly that I can cruise without making a racket! Not only does it looks fantastic, but it also offers extra boot space for all my essential. the riding comfort is top notch too perfect for all the rides.

Very Good vehicles and comparison to other vehicles so that Bgauss mileage is very good normall range is 100km goes and battery quality lFP is better then LI so customer satisfaction about battery and customer reviews are very good other EV vehicle are more valuable and high prices so Bgauss is very very good to other vehicles ----

I bought and faced many problems. The service people cheat you with promises. Worst quality chargers and battery. Service get delayed always. The dealers don't own any service. They do all services from outside. You can't legally do anything against them since they everything is your fault because you purchased it. Not recommended at al.

I am giving one star because there is no option for negative rating. This is the worst scooter one can buy. Customer service....? if nothing say it is better. They have changed my new Battery with an old one and when I complained they are not responding even after one year of their blunder. Worst product with worst service

Good condition bike it super bike it like petrol bike pickup is there and bike is super build quality I have purchased this bike last 2 month It s more efficiency and comfortable I have good expirence on this bike so unique bike this bike while I raiding this bike I thought this is petrol bike

Scooter is third class in comfort and it's employees are fraud they doesn't respond customer claims they do 100per cent loan but they demand extraa money
