Many people might not know this, but Hero Motocorp and Hero Electric, even though they both come under the Hero umbrella, are two totally separate companies. So when Hero Motocorp decided to venture into electric 2-wheelers, there was no question of them selling those under the Hero brand name. So Hero Motocorp trademarked the Vida brand name for their electric scooter division in 2021. Hero Motocorp had shown off a prototype of their electric scooter in 2021 as well. The same year, Hero announced a tie up with Taiwanese electric scooter maker Gogoro to collaborate on their battery swapping technology. Vida’s first electric scooter is set to hit the Indian market in the first week of October 2022. Not only will this feature Gogoro’s battery swapping tech, but it’s likely that the design of the scooter might be based on the Gogoro S1 as well. It has a 360 wh battery, no leakage, weight only 22kg which is super easy to lift and place the bike anywhere and the build is very solid by hero motocorp has an active parental control with two to three hour. Its been a pleasure to be part of this ev community has zero maintanence with the pleasure of 2-3 hours of battery life, no leakage no oil spills weight only 22kg, very durable build by hero motocorp. Its hilarious its grows with you and has active child control 25km with parental control and safety, zero maintainence cost because it's an ev there is no hot exhaust pipe messy leakage gives 2-3 hrs.Read More
