I am using Vespa Notte 125 for last 6 months. It's mileage, road grip, comfort all are good as compared with a bike.

It has a retro design that I like but no grab rail behind on the upper side of the seat which is dangerous while riding with pillion in speed. Design is good but the price is not.....
