It was a very good ebike, as promised I got it all 90% assembled and the rest was very easy with simple to follow instructions. It looks fantastic and works even better than what is showed on the website. This ebike is one of the best investments that I have made. I can go anywhere, when ever I want. This Truly Is A Master Piece.

It should not be given even 1 star. This scooter designers, service persons, employees and the company all are professional fraudsters. Even if some person tells that he is using the vehicle and its good, that customer si also fake or he may be a very new user. So do not believe Pure Ev. I purchased it 3 yes back and from 1st month itself problems are increasing but there is no resolution given by the pure ev team for any problem. It is completely unacceptable from every point of view. I recommend please do not waste money on their products. They do not help u once u buy it.

Company doesn't provide service to me under warranty period and charges for repair. I am very disappointed after buying this bike
