Suzuki has launched the updated version of the Access 125 today in India priced at Rs. 53,887 (ex-showroom, Delhi). It comes kitted with a few updates when compared to its previous generation. It was unveiled at the 2016 Auto Expo including elements with best-in-class features like the longest seat, largest under seat storage, larger floorboard, front pocket, optional DC socket and a Suzuki Easy Start System. It gets a multi-functional instrument cluster with digital display and two trip meters. Other features include a chrome finished headlight, 3D emblem, alloy wheels and an optional front disc brake. Suzuki has given the Access an updated 125cc mill that produces 8.6bhp at 7,500rpm with a peak torque of 10.2Nm at 5,000rpm. The new engine claims to be 20% more fuel efficient too.

The Access 125 was first launched in 2007 creating a new segment for itself. With excellent cycle parts and refined engineering underneath it was extremely well received. Back then the market was already crowded with 100 cc models. With the Access coming in, it displayed a clear edge with CVT performance. The update has only made it better. The Access will go head to head against the Honda Activa 125 and the upcoming Mahindra Gusto 125.

The scooter will be available in five colour options - Pearl Suzuki Deep Blue, Candy Sonoma Red, Pearl Mirage White, Metallic Matt Fibroin Gray and Glass Sparkle Black.

With this new update, the Suzuki Access is looking forward to be amongst the forerunners in the 125cc segment.

Overall Satisfied With The Scooter

Overall satisfied with the scooter but need to work on mileage and anti-skid also. The design should be improved.
