    The Italian Superbike brand, DSK-Benelli is planning to launch its fully-faired machine in India. Named as Tornado 302, the bike was first showcased at 2015 EICMA in Milan along with the TRK 502 and the Lencino. Reportedly, this fully-faired version of TNT 300 is expected to arrive in the Indian market in mid-2016.

    Tornado 302 is a faired sports bike, which powered by a 300cc, 4 stroke, inline twin cylinder, liquid cooled engine and mated to a 6-speed transmission. It is the same configuration which serves TNT 300. The powerful mill is capable enough to develop a maximum power of 34.81 bhp at 12000 rpm along with a peak torque of 27 Nm at 9000 rpm.

    Bolted on a Trestle in steel tube frame, the bike has the body measurement of 2175 mm in length, 746 mm in width and 1146 mm in height having a wheelbase of 1410 mm that gives it a shiny and respectable stance around the crowd. A minimum ground clearance of 180 and a seat height of 790mm make it look even more appealing. It has also been fitted with a sporty fuel tank of 14 liters and has an unladen weight of 180 kg.

    Tornado 302 is equipped with a set of Metzeler tubeless tyres that are further mounted over 17-inch alloy wheels. The braking duties are taken care of by twin 260mm disc brakes at the front and a single 240mm disc brake at the rear. The suspension system is loaded with a 41 mm upside-down telescopic fork at the front and swing arm assisted central mono shock absorber at the rear.
