Earth Energy Glyde Plus, Evolve Range Bookings Open

The token amount has been set as low as Rs 1,000

Earlier this month, Mumbai-based EV startup, Earth Energy, launched India’s first electric cruiser, Evolve R, along with two more models: Evolve Z and Glyde Plus The brand has now opened bookings for all three of its electric two-wheelers. Bookings can be made on the company’s official website for a token amount of Rs 1,000. 

Moreover, Earth Energy is also offering early bird schemes. Customers can get year-long access to free charging at any Earth EV dealership. As part of the introductory offer, buyers also get a discount of Rs 2,000 as well as accessories such as helmets and crash guards.

All three EVs offer a similar claimed range of around 100km. While the Glyde Plus e-scooter is priced at Rs 92,000, the Evolve Z and the Evolve R e-motorcycles retail at Rs 1,30,000 and Rs 1,42,000, respectively. 

The Evolve R is the only electric cruiser in the country as of now. However, the Glyde Plus already has a rival in the form of the Bajaj Chetak while the Evolve Z competes against the Revolt RV400. We’ve ridden the Chetak e-scooter and here’s what we think about it.
