E-Went Foxy: The Muscular EV For Urban India

The E-Went Foxy is the brand’s newest, latest electric scooter, developed specifically for Indian urban conditions with a focus on power, high range, safety and everyday practicality. Positioned as a multi-utility scooter (MUV), the Foxy is for daily commuters who need performance and practicality in one rugged package.

Powering the Foxy is a high-efficiency BLDC hub motor making 3.2kW peak and 2kW continuous power. It has a top speed of 60kmph – more than adequate for city use. It’s pretty quick too, with a 0-40kmph acceleration time of 4 seconds.

Riders can switch between 3 riding modes: Eco, Ride and Power modes via a ‘Smart Controller’while a ‘Smart Connector’ ensures smooth power delivery. The scooter offers an IDC (Indian Driving Cycle) range of 160km and real-world ERM (E-Went Real Mileage) range of 140km. Battery options include portable IP67-rated water-and-dust resistant lithium batteries.

Built on a strong steel tubular chassis, the Foxy is designed to handle heavy loads of up to 272kg, and can also climb inclined roads of up to 12 degrees. Ride comfort is handled by a telescopic fork and dual rear hydraulic shock absorbers. A key highlight is its large, practical underseat boot space, making it one of the most usable electric scooters in its segment.

Safety features include ABS with regenerative braking, front and rear disc brakes, side-stand sensor, parking mode, and an anti-theft alarm. High durability is ensured with an IP67-rated motor, IPX7-rated Smart controller, and IP67-rated (water-and-dust resistant) battery suitable for our varying Indian weather conditions.
