DSK Benelli Opens National Manpower Excellence Centre in Pune

DSK Benelli opens another door in the country’s superbike servicing space by opening its exclusive National Manpower Excellence Centre in Pune. This integrated training-cum-service centre will serve as a model workshop for DSK-Benelli outlets situated across the country. The step will surely bring a smile on the numerous superbike owners in the country for whom getting a good servicing for their bike always remain a matter of concern.

The DSK-NMEC is the first of its kind facility in the Indian superbike industry, launched with the twin purposes of providing DSK Benelli customers and products with dedicated support of the highest quality, and training technicians and engineers to deliver the ideal support that DSK Benelli products require.

Speaking on the announcement, Mr. Shirish Kulkarni, Chairman, DSK Motowheels, said, “Today, it is a nigh-upon-impossible task to find the right person who can deliver quality service for a superbike as well as adequately handle discerning superbike customers in India. With the launch of DSK-NMEC, we are going to create these super professionals by training them in all aspects of superbike servicing and equip them with soft skills for quality customer experience.”

Spread across a sprawling 9322 square feet area, the DSK-NMEC is the largest such facility for Benelli globally, and is already becoming a shining beacon for the DSK Way of Service Excellence and Benelli quality around the world. The centre will allow technicians to view live issues under expert guidance and see them being rectified in order to familiarise them with all aspects of superbike servicing.
