Hero MotoCorp recently launched the updated 2025 Glamour in the Indian market. The bike is available for sale in two variants – one with a front disc brake, and the other with a front drum brake. The drum brake variant is priced at Rs 86,698 and the disc brake variant at Rs 90,698 (both ex-showroom, Delhi). Both variants are now Rs 2,000 more expensive than the respective non-OBD-2B versions.
The two variants are offered in three colour schemes: Candy Blazing Red, Black Metallic Silver, Techno Blu Met Blk. Additionally, the drum brake variant also gets an exclusive Black-Sports Red colour scheme.
The 2025 Hero Glamour OBD-2B is powered by the same 124.7cc, air-cooled, single-cylinder engine as its previous iteration, but is now OBD-2B compliant to meet the latest emission norms. The engine still produces 10.53PS and 10.4Nm and comes paired to a 5-speed gearbox.
The bike’s chassis has the same suspension setup as before, with a telescopic fork and five-step preload adjustable twin-shock absorbers. The bike gets a 240mm front disc in the disc brake variant and a 130mm front drum brake in the drum brake variant. Both the variants have a 130mm rear drum brake.
The bike rolls on 18-inch alloy wheels with tubeless 80-section front and 100-section rear tyres. The bike weighs 122kg kerb, and has an accessible seat height of 793mm. It also gets a 10-litre fuel tank, and with a claimed mileage of 63kmpl, it should have a range of more than 550km on a tankful.
The bike is fairly feature-loaded as it gets an all-LED headlight, hazard function, a digital instrument cluster with real-time mileage indicator, and a USB charging port.
With the OBD-2B update, the system will alert the rider if there’s a malfunction, particularly in emissions. The price hike should not really affect the decision of buying the bike as it is not substantial enough. The Hero Glamour 125 rivals the Honda Shine 125 and the Bajaj Pulsar 125.
