2016 Yamaha FJR1300A and FJR1300ES unveiled [Picture Gallery Inside]

Yamaha has unveiled two new models of 2016 FJR namely FJR1300A and FJR1300ES. However, both these sports tourer motorcycles look identical to their current versions and will be equipped with minor updates. The 2016 Yamaha FJR1300A and FJR1300ES motorcycles will be getting 6-speed transmission instead of a standard 5-speed gearbox and an Assist & Slipper Clutch.

Both the versions will be powered through the same 1,298cc, liquid-cooled, in-line, four-cylinder, fuel injected engine that is used to power the existing model. Along with it, the motorcycles receive a redesigned instrument console, redesigned “twin-eye” LED headlights, LED taillight and turn signal assemblies, traction control system, D-Mode selectable engine mapping, ABS, UBS (Unified Braking System), cruise control, electronically adjustable windscreen, 12V socket to charge accessories and heated grips.
