Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R Variants

Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R Design
The Ninja ZX-10R’s design is inspired by Kawasaki’s WorldSBK racing bikes. The sculpted fuel tank and aggressive tail section complete the racebike silhouette, especially in the signature green colours that Kawasaki is known for.

Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R Engine
Powering the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R is a 998cc, liquid-cooled, inline four-cylinder engine. This motor makes 203PS at 13,200rpm (213PS with RAM air intake), and 114.9Nm at 11,400rpm. It is paired to a 6-speed gearbox with a slipper-clutch and a bidirectional quickshifter.

It gets twin 330mm front discs with 4-piston Brembo M50 Monobloc calipers and a single-piston, single 220mm rear disc, with dual-channel ABS. It rides on 17-inch alloy wheels with a 120-section front and 180-section rear tyre, both tubeless. It has a 835mm seat height, 135mm ground clearance, 17-litre fuel tank and 207kg kerb weight.

Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R Features
The Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R has a full-colour TFT console with smartphone connectivity, a ride-by-wire throttle, electronic throttle valves, bidirectional quickshifter, and 3 riding modes: Full, Middle, and Low. It gets an IMU (Inertial Measurement Unit), which enables electronic rider aids like: ABS, traction control, launch control, engine brake control, cruise control, engine brake control, cornering ABS, wheelie control, sliding control, and pitching control.

Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R Competition
The Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R competes against the likes of the Ducati Panigale V4, Aprilia RSV4 and BMW S 1000 RR. While the Ducati and Aprilia offer more power and some features, the ZX-10R remains the most affordable litre-class supersport, delivering top-level performance with an unbeatable price tag for track enthusiasts and weekend riders alike.
