Norton 450 Expert Overview
Overview
The Norton is reportedly set to reveal its first 450cc single-cylinder motorcycle, a roadster, at the 2026 EICMA (it’s a motorcycle show in Milan, Italy). Built on an all-new platform reportedly called the H-series, it will serve as the entry point to the Norton range, positioned below the twin-cylinder Atlas and the V4-powered Manx.
The roadster is expected to be powered by a 450cc liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine making around 40-45 PS and 40 Nm, paired with a 6-speed gearbox. It is likely to get neo-retro styling, premium finishes and multiple retro-inspired paint schemes. It will likely feature 17-inch wheels, a TFT display, riding modes and other premium electronic rider aids.
It will be built at TVS’s Hosur plant in Tamil Nadu. India launch is expected in the second half of 2027, where it will rival the Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450. Under the current GST 2.0 slabs, it is expected to be priced above its 350cc rivals, possibly at around Rs 3.5 lakh (ex-showroom).
