Bangalore-based electric two-wheeler manufacturer Ultraviolette has recently launched the Tesseract as its first-ever electric scooter in India. Priced at Rs 1,45,000 (ex-showroom), the EV maker calls it the most advanced electric scooter in the world.
Initially, the Ultraviolette Tesseract was available at an introductory price of Rs 1,20,000 (both ex-showroom) for the first 10,000 customers, but was later extended to the first 50,000 customers.

First in Segment Radar & Dashcams on a Scooter
The Tesseract also has a 360-degree radar, which works similarly to ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System) in cars, offering lane change assist and collision alerts. It has smart mirrors that provide blind spot warnings. The scooter also gives haptic feedback on the handlebar, in the form of vibrations like the controllers of a PS5 gaming console. It also has two dashcams, one at the front and one at the rear.
The Ultraviolette Tesseract is available in three variants, based on its battery pack capacity: 3.5kWh, 5kWh and 6kWh. Ultraviolette hasn’t specified which variants will get what features. We believe that most of the above mentioned features will be made available in higher-spec.

I choose this bike for its exotic experience and latest features. The Tessaract doesn't just look futuristic, it feels like it was sketched straight out of a sci fi storyboard. Its sharp lines and layered geometry give it a sense of motion even when standing still. Unlike many scooters that lean on minimalism, this one embraces boldness, almost daring you to ride it like you are stepping into tomorrow. Ride experience was good, What sets it apart isn't just speed or range its the character of the ride. The acceleration feels less like a jolt and more like a smooth surge, almost as if the scooter anticipates your intent. The balance is intuitive, making even tight turns feel natural. Its not just transportation, its choreography between rider and machine. I would really recommend this bike, but its too late to get the product delivered. Since March 2025 its 11 months waiting period and I feel like buying another scooter from market. Where other scooters fade into the background, the Tessaract demands attention. Its not trying to be invisible its trying to be iconic. That makes it less of a tool and more of a statement. If you're someone who sees mobility as an extension of personality, this scooter feels like a wearable piece of art.Read More
