TVS Launches 24/7 Road Side Assistance Program

It is the first Road Side Assistance Program to be started in the Indian two-wheeler market with free of cost services via the company’s toll-free number or app

TVS Motor Company ranks as the third largest two-wheeler manufacturer in the country. The company, in order to make the after-sales experience even better, has introduced ‘24/7 Road Side Assistance’ (RSA) Program. The new initiative will be available to all TVS two-wheeler customer in India. Under Phase 1, TVS has launched the program in 70 cities and will be extending the service to 200 cities under the next phase by October 2016. 

Under the RSA program, customers will be able to receive solutions to on-road problems through a 24/7 helpline. Service will be available for spare key pick-up, fuel delivery and onsite repair from breakdown. Other services in the program include cab arrangement, accident assistance and towing of vehicles. With the introduction of the new after-sales service, TVS aims to further strengthen its trust among 28 million customers throughout the product lifecycle.

With more than 3,500 dealer touch points, we are confident of extending a 24/7 Road Side Assistance Program, which will cater to the consumer’s immediate requirements and also help them overcome any issue on the road. The new RSA program is applicable to both scooters and motorcycle that are still under warranty. Various awareness campaigns will soon be organised by authorised TVS dealers to spread the word about the new initiative.
