Suzuki Slingshot, the 125cc engine bike has been launched in India last year. The motorcycle has got good response and popularity with its International body design and technical features. The excited company, after few months of the launch of this bike, has revolved a new version of the bike with the name of Suzuki Slingshot Plus.

Suzuki Slingshot Plus is same as Shlingshot but it comes with some new features such as disc brake and electric start. The bike is priced at Rs. 55747 (On road- Mumbai) and available with three variants like Drum Brakes, Alloy Wheels, Self start; Disc Brake, Alloy Wheels, Self start and alloy wheels, kick start and drum brakes.
Suzuki Slingshot Plus comes with five sizzling hues such as Candy Antares Red, Metallic Mustard Yellow, Metallic Fox Orange and Pearl Nebular Black. But engine is same as base variant. At present, the total five variants are available in the market in different price range.
The engine of the Suzuki Slingshot Plus has a displacement of 125cc. The engine of the bike is configured with 4 stroke, air cooled, single cylinder, SOHC. This mill of the bike cranks out a top power of 8.5 bhp at 7,500 rpm and belts out a peak torque of 10 Nm at 3,500 rpm. The bike is added with advanced 5 speed gearbox. So in terms of engine, it has same engine as Suzuki Heat and Suzuki Zeus.
Suzuki Motors has got buzz sales after the launch of it's commuter Suzuki Slingshot. And this bike is the the major competitor of Hero Honda Super Splendor, Hero Honda Glamour, Honda Shine, Bajaj Pulsar 135 LS, Yamaha YBR 125 and TVS Flame SR125.
