Unveiled in January 2014 and then showcased at the Indian Auto Expo in February 2014, Suzuki Let's automated scooter will be available in the market from next month. We have confirmed the this from Suzuki Motorcycle India Limited (SMIL) dealers across India, who have already started the booking for the scooter. However, they are not sure about the prices and assuming that will be priced around Rs. 48,000 on-road.
Suzuki Lets is the first offering from the company in 110cc automatic scooter segment and gets some best-in-class features with an attractive design. The sporty body work on its durable chassis carries an efficient 110cc, forced air-cooled engine inside. Using Suzuki Eco Performance (SEP) technology, it delivers best-in-class power output of 8.7bhp along with a peak torque of 9Nm, and returns an impressive mileage of 63kmpl.

Apart from the best-in-class power figures, Suzuki Let's features the basic equipments including a large under seat storage, electric/kick start, 10-inch steel wheels, analog console and a well cushioned seat for two. The scooter gets telescopic forks at the front for the better stability and comfort.
The most attractive feature of the scooter is a very affordable price, which can prove it a strong competitor against the Honda Activa, Hero Maestro and TVS Jupiter.

- The little devilI bought my Let's in July 2016 because the Activa was out of my budget. 2 years and 9000 kilometres since, it's still running great! In fact, it has gotten smoother than it was earlier. The scooter is extremely agile thanks to its small size, and also has amazing acceleration off green signals. One thing I particularly love about the Let's is its growl, rather than the whine that scooters generally have. Makes it feel more manly. The styling is also very modern and youth-oriented. Sometimes (once every few months) it has this weird engine problem where the ignition suddenly goes out and then it doesn't start for 15 mins or so. But apart from that, it's all good. The suspension also relaxes a lot after the first 6 months. Due to Suzuki's poor marketing efforts, we really don't see the Let's at all on the roads, just like the Swish before it. But I hope more people try it out, because it really is worth it.Read More8 1
