    India Bike Week 2016

    With just 3 days remaining for the big ‘festival of bikers’ to begin, motorcyclists from all over India and various parts of the world are gearing up to be a part of the event. The fourth edition of India Bike Week (IBW) is all set to be bigger and better than before, with an expected participation of over 12,000 people along with musicians & band performances and stars from the biking universe. The 2016 edition of IBW will see some ‘Big Trip Speakers’ who will be sharing their experience. Here is a list of these stars who will be a part of 2016 IBW.

    1. C.S. Santosh

    C.S. Santosh

    India’s all time favorite Motocross Champion and country’s one of the finest off-road riders, C.S. Santosh is racing professionally with TVS since 2003. To mention some of his achievements, Santosh is a two-time National Supercross Champion, three-time National Dirt Track Champion, winner of 14th Raid De Himalaya and Desert Storm 2014 and first Indian to participate in Abu Dhabi Desert Challenge. He will be coming to IBW 2016 to share his experience and inspire his fans.

    2. Aspi Bhatena

    Aspi Bhatena

    Working as the chief editor of BIKE India and CAR India since 2007, Aspi Bhatena has previously worked with Overdrive. Before that, he was a bike racer from 1977 to 2004. Aspi is the only Indian to have ever won a Bronze medal at the legendary Isle of Man TT. With his immense knowledge and experience, he is a part of the jury of World Engine of the Year, Indian Motorcycle of the Year (IMOTY) and Indian Car of the Year (ICOTY) panels.

    3. Gaurav Jani

    Gaurav Jani

    Gaurav Jani did a solo motorcycle journey from Mumbai to Changthang Plateau in Ladakh, bordering China. He was a one-man camera crew who loaded his Royal Enfield Bullet 350 with 300 kilograms of equipment. A film was made on his journey named as Riding Solo.

    4. Pankaj Trivedi

    Pankaj Trivedi

    Pankaj left his job to follow his dreams of conquering the open roads and he packed his bags and set off on a journey with his cameras. Having lived a tough life himself, he wanted to make a difference in others’ lives. With a lot of stories in his bag, he can be a person to look out for at the IBW.

    5. Dhruv Dholakia

    Dhruv Dholakia

    Here is another man with the same thinking as Pankaj Trivedi. From Mumbai’s high-powered investment banking world to a motorcycle journey for 14 months and 14 days, Dhruv has come a long way having traveled across 29 states in India. “On a Bullet Yatra” is the blog about his trip covering 11 states and over 11,000 kilometers in less than 5 months time.
