The Hero Splendor Plus has been the best-selling motorcycle for decades now, with over 3,62,980 units sold in the month of September 2025 alone. Recently, Hero also launched a ‘125 Million Edition’ of the bike to celebrate the milestone of achieving the 125 million production milestone.

Delhi
The Hero Splendor Plus’ on-road price in Delhi is Rs 88,057, including RTO taxes amounting to Rs 6,212, and an insurance cost of Rs 6,578, both of which are paid while registering the bike. Other charges include a basic accessories kit, handling charges and smart card fees.
Chennai
The on-road Chennai price of the Hero Splendor Plus base is Rs 87,563. The Rs 7,403 charged as RTO tax, and Rs 6,121 as insurance cost are included in this.
Bengaluru
The Hero Splendor Plus costs Rs 93,710, on-road in Bengaluru. This includes Rs 11,414 as RTO taxes, Rs 6,403 for insurance, and Rs 1,947 as other charges. You can also opt for an additional accessories kit. Miscellaneous fees, and hypothecation charges may be applicable.
Mumbai
The Hero Splendor Plus base variant on-road price in Mumbai is Rs 87,764. This includes the insurance cost worth Rs 6,124, and RTO taxes, costing Rs 7,421.
Kolkata
The on-road Kolkata price of Hero Splendor Plus is Rs 86,422. This is inclusive of the Rs 6,631 RTO tax, and the insurance cost of Rs 6,113.

It's lord splendor what you talking about, splendor is like has it all the features mileage the beauty and the features not even a question why did i choose this bike becasue its smooth and comfortable, apple clutch kind of its great.
