Hero Passion Plus Special Edition Unveiled, Likely To Be Launched This Week!
Hero’s most premium 100cc bike gets even fancier with a new colour scheme and graphics
UPDATE: The 125M Special Edition of the Hero Passion Plus has been launched. The bike now gets special 125M badging and an exclusive colour scheme.
Hero MotoCorp has unveiled a new 125 Million Special Edition of the Passion Plus to celebrate reaching the milestone of 125 million customers worldwide. This limited edition model comes with a new paint scheme, fresh graphics and some premium touches that make it stand out from the regular version.
What’s New
Just like the Splendor Plus 125 Million Special Edition, the Passion Plus special edition also gets a gloss grey paint scheme that gives the commuter bike a premium touch. To add to the classy look, Hero has also added new ‘Hero’ and ‘Passion Plus’ stickers with golden graphics. The Passion Plus also gets new brown and golden coloured pinstripe-like graphics along with ‘Special Edition’ stickers on the tail panels.
The alloy wheels are finished in matte black, while golden rim stripes give it a nice contrast. Other than these, this edition also gets a premium looking ‘125M’ badge on the fuel tank as well as on the key. Just like the Special Edition of the Splendor Plus, the Passion Plus also gets a gloss black single-piece grab rail.
What’s Unchanged
Mechanically, the Passion Plus Special Edition remains the same as the standard bike. It continues to be powered by a reliable 97.2cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine producing 8PS and 8.5Nm. The suspension, drum brakes at both ends, 18-inch alloys with tubeless tyres are all the same as the standard variant.
It is quite light, weighing 115kg (kerb), while the ground clearance is a generous 168mm. The bike gets a simple, no-nonsense analogue console, i3S tech (idling stop-start system) to help save fuel especially at stop-and-go traffic, a USB charging port, LED headlight and a side stand engine cutoff.

Factoring in the recent price drops due to GST 2.0 on Hero bikes, the standard version of the Hero Passion Plus is priced at Rs 76,691 (ex-showroom Delhi). So, the 125 Million Special Edition is expected to be priced at Rs 1,000 more. Along with the Passion Plus, Hero has also unveiled special editions of the Splendor Plus and Vida VX2 with similar updates. These special editions are expected to be launched in October 2025, during Dussehra - the perfect auspicious occasion for new vehicle buyers.
