The Bajaj Chetak’s upcoming 3503 base variant has been spied testing. The Chetak 35 series of scooters were launched recently, and the 3503 is expected to be launched soon.
The spyshots reveal a circular LCD display on this Chetak variant unlike the TFT on the higher spec variants. The LCD display will likely show readings of speedometer, odometer, battery percentage and is expected to get smartphone connectivity too.
The design of the scooter has been revamped a bit as it now gets a cubby-hole at the front apron instead of a lockable storage box. It also gets black coloured basic body panels instead of coloured body panels as on the higher spec variants. The rearview mirrors also get a different design in the 3503 variant and are not body-coloured.
The spied model gets alloy wheels with drum brakes and a single-sided front suspension setup. As it is the upcoming base variant, this scooter gets a key hole in the front apron rather than the keyless operation feature in the 3501 variant.
The Bajaj Chetak 3503 is expected to be priced at Rs 1,10,000 (ex-showroom Delhi) and will likely be launched soon. The scooter is all set to rival electric scooters like the TVS IQube, Ather Rizta S and S1 X Gen 3.

I had purchased it when ev was new in market, I am very much satisfied. I had drove it for more than 50000 kms with no expense. I had to change only tyres and regular service only one auxiliary battery of Rs. 800 had been changed. I am quiet impressed me and my son both have purchased but there is very less front space between handle and seat to carry extra luggage vegetables or ration need to improve in this area good service staff in patni and Nagpur. I will recommend everyone to go for this ev only. I choose this bike because, I heard from someone electric bike is more value for money, first I thought there will not so much difference then I search, I saw it so value for money and I adviced to buy a chetak. My ride was so far because this EV is the most value for money fuel, first I was using a bike of 160 cc it's average for me was very less in 1 litre petrol it goes nearly 25 to 27 km but, I have taken EV so no need to go for petrol thanks.
