DSK Hyosung motorcycles get cheaper

Respecting the law of reduction on the excise duty for the automobile sector, DSK Hyosung, a superbike maker, becomes the prime manufacturer to announce the price cut on its entire lineup.

Commenting on the interim budget announcement Mr. Shirish Kulkarni, Chairman, DSK Hyosung said, “We at DSK Hyosung welcome the excise duty reduction announcement, which comes as a great relief to the Automobile Industry that has been reeling under economic slowdown. To that effect we have decided to pass on the benefit of the same to our patrons in the country and are happy to announce a ex-showroom price reduction from Rs. 4,000 - Rs. 20,000 across our entire product portfolio. We are sure this reduction will stimulate the growth in the sector and improve market sentiments.”

The reduction of excise duty from 12% to 8% has given the customers an opportunity to take an advantage of this situation and by a Hyosung superbike as soon as possible. The customers will be enjoying Rs. 4,000 cut on entry level models and Rs. 20,000 on expensive machines.

Hyosung ST7, most expensive bike by the company, that was introduced at Rs. 5.84 lakh is now costs Rs. 5.64 lakh, while its most affordable machine, Hyosung GV250 costs Rs. 4,000 lesser than its introductory price.
