BREAKING: Hero Passion Plus Disc Brake Variant Launched: Gets New Colours & Features
The disc variant is Rs 3,800 more expensive than the drum variant.
Hero has launched the disc brake variant of the Passion Plus at Rs 84,128 (ex-showroom), which is Rs 3,800 more than the standard drum brake variant. It gets a front disc brake and revised graphics. Here's all you need to know.
The major change is the addition of the new 240mm front disc, which gives the Hero Passion Plus better stopping power. It also gets four new colour options - Industrial Dark Grey, Heavy Grey Metallic, Pearl Red, and Metallic Nexus Blue, which differentiate it from the drum brake variant.
There are also updates to the features: a new fully digital instrument console with Bluetooth connectivity for call and SMS alerts.
Mechanically, the bike remains unchanged from the drum brake variant, with a 97cc engine making 8.02PS and 8.05Nm, paired with a 4-speed gearbox.
