Breaking: Updated Suzuki V-Strom SX 250 Launched: Gets Colourful This Festive Season

New V-Strom 250 offers announced, including extended warranty, exchange offers and more

Quick News Highlights

  • V-Strom SX 250 now gets 2 updated colours & 2 new ones

  • Festive offers up to Rs 8,000 have also been announced

  • Power and performance remain unchanged

The 2025 Suzuki V-Strom SX 250 has been launched with 4 new colours, along with a few festive offers. The new colours include 2 updated ones with new graphics and 2 entirely new colours as well. It is priced at Rs 1,98,018 (ex-showroom Delhi). Here’s a detailed breakdown of everything that’s new:

Colour Schemes

Suzuki has updated the graphics on the ‘Champion Yellow No. 2 + Glass Sparkle Black’ and and the ‘Glass Sparkle Black’ colour schemes. The graphics now look a bit more flashy compared to before.

The brand has now launched two new colours as well, and they look quite elegant. They’re called ‘Pearl Glacier White + Metallic Mat Stellar Blue’ and ‘Pearl Fresh Blue + Glass Sparkle Black’. The white and blue combo scheme really brings out the premium quotient of the bike. We’d have liked it if the blue shade was lighter, similar to the ones on the 155cc and 250cc Suzuki Gixxer and Gixxer SF range.

Festive Offers

Other than the colours, the brand has now offered some festive offers on the bike. This includes exchange offers up to Rs 5,000, insurance benefits up to Rs 8,000 and an extended warranty for Rs 1,709.

Aside from these, the brand has also offered customers the option to avail loans up to 100 percent with no hypothecation. With these offers and new colour schemes, the V-Strom SX 250 is worth considering, especially factoring in the GST 2.0-related price cut of Rs 17,982.

What Remains Unchanged?

Other than the update in colours and the announcement of festive offers, the Suzuki V-Strom SX 250 remains the same in terms of performance and underpinnings. The bike is still powered by the same 249cc, oil-cooled, single-cylinder engine which produces 26.5PS at 9,300rpm and 22.2Nm at 7,300 rpm. The engine is refined, and is fairly peppy as well.

The bike is still suspended on a telescopic fork and monoshock, it rolls on a 19-inch front and 17-inch rear alloy wheel setup. Braking duties are taken care of by disc brakes at both ends, with dual-channel ABS as standard.

The bike rivals the KTM 250 Adventure. Another option in the 300cc segment is the Yezdi Adventure.

vstrom=Overall package

At the time of purchasing i was confused between nx200 and this, but after taking test drive of both, i decided to go on with vstrom. I will recommend this bike to riders who prefers reliability over tech. Vstrom will give you performance+good comfort+less maintenance+attention. Today after 5000+ kms, i'm very much satisfied for purchase. Pros- looks so good- big bike like presence, less maintenance, good suspension not the best but good suspension, less vibrations, good ground clearance. If you like tech in bikes you will miss it in this, you will get bluetooth and turn by turn navi in this one, cons- suspension is somewhat stiff as for longer travels, headlight is not so good, you will need extra lights and others still finding out.Read More

Performance and adventure

I like to do adventure off roading that's why I chose this bike. Unexpectedly its more then my expectations, so recommend this bike to whom loves to explore mountains, off beat places, adventure, they can go for this bike. On highway, it gives good mileage and on mountain, it gives best performance. My experience with this bike is very good. Seat comfort is amazing. I used to get back pain in other bike but this one is more comfortable. Mileage and tyre grip on highway is good also on off roading grip is good. If you like adventure or off roading then go for it. It has comfortable seat, Abs breaking system. On mountain, off beat, it gives you best performance. Last year, I take this bike on ladakh trip and its worth it. Read More
