Deliveries of the e-scooter to begin this month

Bounce has officially started the production of its electric scooter, the Infinity E1, and has announced that the deliveries will commence from April 18. The Infinity E1 was launched in December 2021, and the EV manufacturer is on track to fulfil its commitment to deliver the scooters to customers by April.

The production of the Infinity E1 electric scooter has commenced at the company’s facility in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan, with an annual production capacity of over 200,000 units. Moreover, Bounce also plans on setting up another manufacturing plant in South India which will have an annual production capacity of over 500,000 units.

With its battery as a service option, the Infinity E1 makes for a unique product in the market; and monetising that USP, Bounce also plans on setting up more than 300 battery swapping stations per city in 10 different Indian cities. This will enhance the battery network of the e-scooter, promoting its subscription service and reducing range anxiety amongst customers.

The Infinity E1 Is a high-speed electric scooter that aims to bridge the gap between low-speed EVs and premium electric scooters. Head to our full review of the Infinity E1 to find out if it does.

The prices for the Bounce Infinity E1 start at Rs 45,099 for the non-battery variant, and Rs 68,999 for the battery variant. For the former option, the customers will be able to utilise the battery as a service subscription offered by the company. The Bounce Infinity E1 rivals electric scooters such as the  Okinawa iPraise Plus, BGauss B8, and Ampere Magnus Pro.
