Amo Electric Bikes, a Noida-based electric two-wheeler startup, has expanded its e-scooter portfolio with the launch of the Jaunty Plus. The electric scooter is priced at Rs 1,10,460 ex-showroom and competes with the Hero Photon and the Okinawa i-Praise in the Indian market. It will be available at Amo Electric's 140 dealerships pan India from 15 February 2022.
The Jaunty Plus is powered by a 60V/40Ah advanced lithium-ion battery that lends the e-scooter a claimed range of over 120km and takes 4 hours to fast charge. Customers can opt for a fixed or swappable battery setup.

On the features front, the Jaunty Plus is offered with a digital instrument cluster, a USB charging port, anti-theft system, combined braking system, DRLs, and an engine kill switch.
The ride of the e-scooter is taken care of by a telescopic fork up front and a monoshock at the rear.
The Jaunty Plus electric scooter will be offered with a three-year standard warranty and five colour options: red-black, grey-black, blue-black, white-black, and yellow-black.
